I started working with Reggie in April of 2019. We got in touch after a random post on Facebook, prior to that I hadn’t spoken to Reggie in over 1o years. After agreeing to be coached we started meeting once or sometimes twice a week to set goals and to check for progress. This process was extremely new to me and I must admit it was bit unnerving in the beginning to be sharing so much information about your life but I decided to have an open mind. Reggie was very respectful, honest and non- judgmental which I think is an essential trait for a life coach. As time progressed, I began viewing things and observing habits and patterns about myself that led to self-destructive behaviors and failure at my goals. I started organizing my thinking so as to align my thoughts, actions and behaviors with my goals. I was able to wake up earlier and with a stronger intention for my days. Reggie was so extremely knowledgeable about strategies for overcoming setbacks and this really served to encourage and inspire. My goals in life were now tied to my values and they were authentic and most importantly realistic. I highly recommend anyone considering working towards goals, hitting a hard rest or simply wanting a change to try being coached by Reggie. His insightful thinking and easygoing personality will create a safe and comfortable space for ultimate success. I forgot to mention the goals set and achieved during my time working with Reggie. I made a lateral move in my job from a Biology teacher to now working with English speakers of other languages. This goal took a year to achieve, it took going to evening classes and stepping outside my comfort zone on many occasions but I have truly found my niche as teacher. I was also able to create what we had referred to as my ‘Success Routine,’it allows me time to pray, cook, wash, clean, be a good wife and mother while still leaving time to work on personal goals. It truly has been a wonderful experience and I continue to implement the skills I have garnered while working with Reggie. I am forever grateful. Take the leap! I wish you success.
